  • If you are using our pyrosequencing services, please use the pyrosequencing order form and indicate your need for bisulfite conversion there, rather than filling out this form.  
  • If you are using our Illuimina methylation array services, bisulfite conversion is included in that pricing.  You do not need to fill out this form.
